I must say it was such a pleasant, on-time, trustworthy service experience on a Saturday. Kenny, the mechanic, was proactively welcoming us and offered to scan the engine without any delay upon attentively hearing what I had to say about the symtoms. He kept his words: calling me in 30 minutes and providing a most reasonable estimate. I returned, left the car and when I returned in an hour he was alread driving and testing the car on the road!! The on site supervisor was also very proactive and welcoming. I am definitely returning for maintenance and future repairs. Thank you guys<br><br>Updated: Sept 8, I went back to Formula Auto Works to replace the break pads. Simon quickly checked and verified all the pads and confirmed the front pads still have 7 remaining thus no need to replace. I was impressed by the quickness, professionalism and integrity of the service. No fees charged. Thank you Simon for your service!!
