Service is amazing and my car looks amazing!

I was thrilled about my repairs until they unraveled to a catastrophe. When I first got my vehicle back, it looked immaculate. The paint job still looks terrific.<br>A couple of weeks after I got the vehicle repaired, I went down to Keromeos to visit friends and get some beef jerky at Doug's Homestead. The weather was abnormally hot for the time of year. After visiting friends at Boboy's in Keremeos, the driver's side of the front bumper popped out.<br>Before you say someone struck it, my VIOFO A329 would have detected a collision. No collision was detected, the excessive heat expanded the plastic, and caused the side of the bumper to pop out.<br>The driver's side of the bumper needs to be lowered a few millimetres. There is no gap below the headlight.<br>I have gone in 3 times since May to get this addressed, and they say they will call my cellphone, then never do.<br>I feel I have no choice, but to give for the very first time a 1 star review. Just for the fact that I may have to pay out of pocket to have my vehicle repaired properly.<br><br>If they can't do a simple bumper repair, I'll be dammed if I let them put a ceramic coating on my new Tesla Model 3. Where the finest scratches will get amplified by the coating.

I cannot recommend Colorworks enough. After my vehicle was damaged, I visited a few auto body shops to get quotes and decide whether to pay out of pocket or go through insurance.<br><br>​While most places gave me identical estimates, Steve at Colorworks was the only person who took the time to explain that there might be hidden damage to the light assembly that could cost more down the road. That honesty made all the difference.<br><br>​We ended up using our insurance deductible, and Steve and the team made the entire process completely seamless. Drop-off and pick-up were completely hassle-free, and the repairs were completed right on schedule. To top it off, when I picked up my car, it had been fully washed and the interior was vacuumed spotless.<br><br>​That is true above-and-beyond service. I will definitely be recommending Colorworks to anyone in need of auto repairs!

I had a great experience with this repair shop. My car was involved in an accident, and the team did an excellent job repairing it. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, kind, helpful, and respectful. They provided excellent service, kept me informed throughout the process, and made the whole experience much easier for me. Note, a good chunk of these reviews are fake.<br><br>Came here after an accident. From scheduling onwards, this place was an absolute shitshow. Took it to another shop after the supposed repair and they notified and showed me the car was handed off in an unsafe driving condition. Paid out of pocket for a further inspection. Laughable what passes as a business here.
