Do not take your vehicle to this business. It took months to get my vehicle fixed, which was totally acceptable because it was the end of Covid and parts were hard to get. I was thankful for a courtesy car. During the time that my less than one year old car was with Coquitlam Express, someone replaced my perfectly fine Honda light with a faulty after market light. When I got my car back, the light would malfunction. I took my car back to Coquitlam Express because it was obviously something electrical as both the light and turn signal wouldn't work. It didn't even dawn on me at the time that they should not have been working on my light at all as it was not involved in the accident. Well, they couldn't figure out what was wrong so I was told to go to Honda to fix it and another problem, bring the receipt and get reimbursed. It's been over a year and I have not been reimbursed. The owner ignores my requests. After a year of Honda fixing this light, they decided to replace it under warranty. That's when it was discovered to be a refurbished light. Coquitlam Express refuses to take responsibility for my light disappearing during the time my car was at their business. The owner blamed Honda, like that's even possible in the supervised 2 hours that my car is there. Worse, it was implied that maybe I took my own light and sold it! Their argument is that it couldn't have been them. They have to be honest about everything or they'll lose their ICBC accreditation. BS. It could only have happened there. According to the police, this is a real thing that happens. If you've ever had to leave your car for a long period of time, be aware that you may have had an original part switched out. Save yourself a headache and take your car to a real business.

This place is shut down just so everyone knows found out the hard way.<br><br>Google should remove this business from there site for it no longer exists.

Just needed to replace side view mirror. Very friendly helpful staff- they work fast and efficiently! Highly recommend coming here😊
