Its ANA I booked an appt for Oil change and filter Jun did answer the called last Sat.May 9 2026 Jun was so polite I came today May 11 Monday 2026 it was BK was the one who was on duty very polite friendly Excellent Customer Service I was about to leave and come back will call me when my car is ready but I was call back BK informed me that timing belt was starting to give up anytime Thanks to Chris who will do the oil change n filter so BK explained to me and did ask NO Pressure if I want to change now he will order it I was so please with BK he check and compare prices for my Toyota Corrola CE 2008 This shop is so "HONEST and Defendable" if I go to my dealer this will cost more 👍😀Thanks BK for your Excellent customer service and Thanks also to Chris who did my car .<br>Thanks to KIM the owner though u are off today when I came today .Highly Recommend this Lube King @North road coquitlam.👍👍👍👍👍5✨
I had trusted this shop with my oil changes for years, so this was extremely disappointing. During my last visit, they tried to tell me that one wheel was not moving, that the car was unsafe to drive, and that I needed immediate brake pad and caliper replacement - cost approx. CAD 1200.<br><br>I got a second opinion from another mechanic, and they confirmed that nothing needed to be done - the brake pads were excellent and there was no caliper problem. In reality, the handbrake was engaged, which is why the wheel was not rolling. After years of being a loyal customer, I will not be returning.
