Dieseltech Truck Repair & Fleet Maintenance

Very Happy with the costumer service from mili at the front desk.big thumbs up.

We had been dealing with an ongoing passenger entrance door problem on one of our buses for quite some time. We took the bus to three or four different repair shops and each place tried to fix it, but unfortunately the same issue kept coming back.
The door would seem to work fine on level ground, but when the bus was parked on an incline or uneven surface, it would sometimes have trouble opening or closing properly. It was a very frustrating problem because it was difficult to reproduce consistently, and previous repairs never fully solved it.
We finally brought the bus to Dieseltech and explained the history of the problem. Their team took the time to properly inspect the door system, test it under different conditions, and make the necessary adjustments. After the repair, we tested the bus again and the door is finally working properly.
What impressed us most was that they did not just rush through the job. They listened carefully to what we had experienced, checked the issue thoroughly, and actually solved a problem that several other shops had not been able to fix.
We really appreciate the professionalism and effort from the Dieseltech team. Finding a reliable shop that understands commercial buses and is willing to properly diagnose an unusual problem is not always easy. We are very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Dieseltech Truck Repair & Fleet Maintenance to anyone looking for professional truck or bus repair.
Thank you to the whole team for finally getting this fixed!
