I have had good experiences in the past, however this time not so much. Warranty part ordered yet I was changed for the second service call, how, it's under warranty, not my problem you didn't have the part

We were due for a new air conditioner but instead we opted to have a heat pump installed.. I was a little leery of doing it because I come from old school….we have done previous business with Marc Viau Mechanical and from the front office to the actual install very professional as well as friendly……it’s only been a few months but we are very pleased with our choice.

Worst experience. Imagine being charged, to service brand new under warranty appliances. Hot water tank leaking. Furnace stopped working. I was told it was because the neutral exploded. Hot water tank installed was not the brand I paid for. Etc.
