My propane bills were insane so I purchased a 3 ton heat pump from Casey Mechanical in mid-November. The installation was quick and the office staff processed the Save on Energy paperwork immediately after the install. (I received a cheque in 2 weeks.) My propane and electric bills were down by over $1,800 this heating season, so it's looking like the unit could pay for itself in just 3 years. Love the consistent heat and will enjoy having central air this summer. Very happy customer!

We had our hot water tank replaced by Casey Mechanical about 4 years ago. We were happy with the service so when our furnace went about a month ago, we called them to purchase a new one and install it. This past week, we had a broken pipe fixed in our basement, a new exhaust installed for our propane stove and our water softeners serviced. 4 different teams in a month, same excellent service. From the way the techs speak to you, to the quality of work, to how they clean up and leave. We also had sales people and ownership drop by to see what we need and quote. Quick and professional service. From top to bottom, this is exactly how to treat customers. Five stars for sure. Thank you Kale and team!!

My most recent experience was today on May 28, 2026 when Jason and Matt came to my home to install my new Carrier AC Unit. The guys were so pleasant and kind. I was impressed by the wonderful job they did. They were very proffessionnal and knowledgable. It was a much bigger job than I thought. They did excellent work, and they clean everything up and They surely made my day. Thanks a million guys.👍👍👍
I must also add that the front office (Reception) were so nice. They told me my products were already registered for the warranty, and not to worry about anything. They made me so happy and relieved. They are awesome with customers. Thank you.❤️

Casey Mechanical has completed the removal of my old oil furnace,tank and A/C unit…they installed a new propane furnace and A/C unit…this project was completed professionally with a very knowledgeable team..workers were polite and extremely careful as this was an existing finished area..job site was always kept clean and safe..I will be hiring Casey Mechanical on yearly basis for my maintenance program..
