The car was towed in and we called and gave them a idea of what might be wrong. It's took longer to get fixed as it was an alternator that we had replaced and supplied due to a warranty on the part.<br><br>The front end service advisors and staff were very thorough and the issue was resolved. Excellent communications.<br><br>The after hours pick up process for your vehicle through the Petro Can clerk is a great system if you can't get in before they close.
Staff are polite. A misunderstanding led to a higher bill than expected. Larry Hatt called me and explained everything in more detail. A billing software glitch may have helped with that misunderstanding.<br>I went there because of positive Google Reviews.<br>It is nice to know that there are still businesses around that are concerned about the customer and customer satisfaction.<br>Mr. Hatt's personal attention to detail makes a difference.<br>My 2010 Chrysler was repaired to my satisfaction. It still runs great!
