I’ve been taking my vehicle to European Auto for years, and the service has been consistently excellent. The digital updates and inspection reports are a standout because I always know exactly what’s happening and why, with no guesswork or surprises.<br><br>Marck deserves particular mention. He’s engaging, genuinely helpful, and takes the time to think through problems with you rather than just handing over a quote. I brought my 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 to European Auto for a brake inspection and to install a windshield washer pump that I had already purchased. Before leaving, I clearly explained that I wanted an inspection and a quote first, and I specifically asked them not to perform any repairs until I approved the estimate. They agreed.<br>Later that day, I received the quote for the repairs, which was more than I could afford at the time. I immediately called and told them not to proceed with any work and asked what I owed for the inspection. I was told it would be $70, so I agreed and prepared to pick up my vehicle.<br>I was then called again and informed that the washer pump had already been installed and that I now owed over $300. I was surprised because I believed I had already cancelled all work after receiving the estimate. After a lengthy discussion, the bill was reduced, and we eventually agreed on a lower amount before I took my vehicle.<br>My biggest issue was not the quality of the work, but the communication. If a customer asks for a quote before any repairs are performed, I believe no work should proceed until the customer gives clear approval. That misunderstanding created an uncomfortable experience and caused me to lose confidence.<br>The inspection itself appeared thorough, and I appreciate that they eventually worked with me on the final bill. However, because of the communication around authorization, I don't feel comfortable returning for future service.

Absolutely the best service ever! My phone call was returned same day and after hours, which I would not expect given how busy they are. All of my questions were not only thoroughly answered, but an excellent explanation provided that will probably help me extend the life of my vehicle and save me from future headaches. I cannot imagine better service and very highly recommend European Auto. Thank you so much!
