Worst service ever! NEVER go here. They do not know the meaning of customer service. The staff are extremely rude.

Laurie's has been my mechanic for years with different cars I've had. Absolute best mechanic I've had. They're honest, they call to let you know about costs and time, every time. And as someone who doesn't know much about cars, they've never once treated me patronizingly or condescendingly - something I have experienced at other shops.

Recently I tried changing my car's wiper blades and I broke the back one. I had a rough day and cried, feeling useless because it should be a simple task. I told them, and they consoled me and said that rear wiper blades are notoriously difficult and that grown men mechanics will swear over them too. Turned out the blade I bought wasn't even what I needed, I needed a brand specific one.

Again, I can't recommend them enough!
