Hooked on Detail identified a paint issue on my brand new vehicle once they began the work for a ceramic wrap. Paul explained the process to fix the issues and was very empathetic to my situation with the dealership. His team was able to correct the paint issue without having to repaint. Paul and his team are very knowledgeable and professional and the technician treated my vehicle like it was his own. I’m extremely pleased with HOD and all the staff and highly recommend this business. You will not be disappointed.

Brought my car into HOD after bringing it somewhere else to have my seats cleaned with terrible results. What an amazing job they did. My 13 years old Elantras seats look brand new. Very professionally run business, from detailed scope of work estimates to courteous staff and timely updates. I had two cars detailed and the owner provided very good technical advice and recommendations for each specific case, including doing less aggressive cleaning on a 1987 Prelude paint based on paint condition. This level of knowledge/competence is definitely required to meet the standards for experienced "car guy" owners, but I would recommend this business to everyone from fanatics to average car owners who just want to feel comfortable knowing that their investment was "done right".
