Customer service wasn't too friendly here, treated me like I was clueless and dumb about MY OWN car. Forgot that I asked for tire storage and was rude after service was done, just wanted us gone pretty much, given his general attitude when we were paying.
Edit: winter tires that they "swear by" arent too good at all they dont grip as good

Went here for an allignment as my regular shop doesn't have the machine. Was told I needed 2700$ worth of work in the front end before it could be done. Went back to my ship and he laughed out loud and couldn't believe the quote I got. He put car on hoist, told me nothing is broken but only worn down. He said he wouldn't replace anything but I told him to fix anything worn incase. 550$ later I was able to get my allignment. Saved me 2200$ that these folks were trying to scam me for. So much for "discount"....I would strongly suggest you don't go here unless you want to get ripped off badly.
Worst service ,way of talk to customer Is so rude and disrespectful. I had an appointment for oil change . I went there they refuse to do that . wasted my precious time . So disappointed with the service
Took my truck there to have the lower control arm replaced , ended telling me it wasn’t the lower but it was the upper(this is after I took it to a dealership to diagnose the problem)so they changed the upper control arm , when I got there told me everything was tight!! Good to go ….. the truck now sounds worse than when it went in and I’m now searching for a mechanic to change the lower …… great job thanks guys
