I've been coming to this location for the last year for a variety of services. We had our brakes replaced earlier this year and, afterwards, there was a rattle at random. While I knew it was related to the brakes, it took several visits to be able to demonstrate the noise and isolate it to (yes) loose brake pads. The store staff was helpful, never made me feel stupid, and was always accommodating for time/date bookings.<br><br>A special shout out to Calvin, the tech who isolated and resolved the issue; a great guy who genuinely cared about our problem and solving it.

I went for an undercoating there. It was terrible and disappointing experience.<br><br>They didn't do a good job at all with the undercoating and sprayed the car windows, front windshield and all sides with the transparent anti rust coating. I asked them to clean it and left the car there. Came back to see all dried up.<br><br>I had to hire someone to do exterior detailing for my car and pay out of pocket. They did not even apologize for the mistake they did.<br><br>They also left black marks on my car interiors and doors.

I had a 9am appointment for an MVI. I was told when I dropped it off that it would be an an hour and a half to two hours. After an hour and forty five minutes, my car was still sitting outside. I asked for an update and was told it would be 30 to 45 minutes until my car could be brought in as all the bays were full and then the MVI would be about an hour. After another 45 minutes, my car had not moved. I asked again and was told it they were still full. About 15 minutes later they texted that the bays were still full but they had brought it in so it would be quicker to swap it out. My car was finally done 30 minutes after that. Double the time they estimated. While the MVI itself took less time than they said it would, the original time estimate they gave was so far off it was pointless. Prepare for a long wait, or better yet, go elsewhere.
