I want to express my disappointment with my experience at Lion Auto.

You are losing customers because of your attitude and the way customers are treated. First, you do not know how to speak respectfully to women. Second, it seems you do not properly understand the work being done on customers’ vehicles.

I work part-time, and I have spent almost four weeks’ worth of salary at this so-called Lion Auto, hoping to get my car fixed. After multiple visits, my car still has the same issue.

I have already paid more than enough, yet every time I visit, I am charged again and told that another part needs to be replaced. It feels like there is always a new issue, but the original problem remains unresolved.

I am extremely upset and frustrated with the service and the people working there. Customers deserve respect, honesty, and proper service, and unfortunately, I did not receive any of that.
