Got a bike for my daughter. 3 people were willing to help me find and search for the exact bike I wanted, build it, and hold it for me till the next day when I could pick it up.<br>The bike has been great, and the service was really fantastic.
Had a nail in my tire between Hecla Island and Regina, Mike in the garage was able to get me in right away and was a great chatty guy too, had been trying every town up to Dauphin and they were all really long wait. Good small town garage experience at a Can Tire of all places!
I used to use the auto service all the time, until covid shut them down. Since then, they don't seem to want customers as the auto service and parts department don't seem to answer their phone. I recently tried to call to see if they had a tire I needed. I was on hold for 8 minutes when I gave up. My daughter tried calling today to book a full tire replacement for her SUV. No answer. I've given up. I have a canadian Tire Mastercard, but if I can't use my points for auto service, maybe I should cancel that for a more relevant card?
