Dauphin Ford Collison Center

Not a great experience

Best repair shop in town. From front desk personnel to the young man that fixed my corolla car. They all displayed Professionalism.<br>Very friendly environment!

Unfortunately I dont have a great experience or positive things to say about dauphin ford collision some staff were good to deal with others not so much, this is not my first time with them either im a return customer (had minor fix in past this most recent fix was a big one) i can say i no longer will be returning or giving my business, i also recommended friends and family which some even trusted me and used which i no longer will be recommending to other people.<br><br>Dauphin collision center gave my vehicle back to me as freshly inspected with the following issues some you can literally see from just looking. I understand mistakes happen but mistakes have to be fixed and looked at throughly in vehicles especially for safety.<br>Issues where:<br>-Vehicle still pulled to left into traffic<br>-wasnt cleaned from their repair residue was left and then when brought in again and returned to me with scrapes/crack in my plastic<br>- washer fluid not hooked up causing it to leak inside my panels<br>- seatbelt installed backwards as if someone was seated in trunk<br>- gaps in my hatch which they said once my new seal was in would correct that... well it didnt<br><br>I was worried what else could be missed.<br><br>Dauphin ford changed my tires hoping that would help with the pull but when changed them made damages, this wasnt caught and told to me by dauphin collision either a different shop caught this mistake/error and phoned and told me to talk to whoever did my tires last.<br><br>Keep in mind ive done all the trips except half of a round trip (they did 1 way not a return) ive sacrificed my time and put on unnecessary kms on my vehicle. Not including the vacation days i missed and that i cant leave the province when i was in their vehicles. Its draining, frustrating, stressfull and inconvenient. I missed spring and most of summer. Dauphin only paid for 1 way not a round trip and i even had to go back to get them to reimburse the gas from that 1 trip they said they would cover but didnt have when i was there picking up i noticed on my way out but i never forgot to return their vehicles full. I did my best to work it in for my convenience when i was in the area as im busy and my time is valuable and my work schedule is insane (Hospital worker here) more couldve been done to ease things and keep me a happy returning customer. I didnt receive an email to give my vauled feed back as a customer either like most shops care about but ill be leaving one anyways. Its to late for me but not for others i regret bringing my vehicle to dauphin collision.
