First of all I was yelled at to get out of my own car. then they toped off fluid I specifically told them not to and charged for it. when I objected I was called a liar and accused of trying to rip them off in the past despite it being my first time there. then they told me not to return.

I called ahead to inquire about an oil change for our Malibu. I was told that a Malibu with a 2.4L engine would cost $59.99. I thought that was a reasonable price for Dauphin. When I was presented with the invoice, there was a charge for $59.99 (oil change). An additional charge for $10.99 (oil filter) and a charge for $5.00 (washer fluid top up) Grand total with tax $85.10. Somewhat north of the $59.99 I was quoted on the phone. I asked about the washer fluid top up and was told by the oil change technician "I always top up the washer fluid". I have had my oil changed many times in the past at other oil change shops and have never been charged additionally for a filter and a washer fluid top up. Whatever service package I chose included what was offered and nothing more. I'm lucky they didn't check the air in my tires. What a rip-off! Especially when they provide a service that was not requested. If you are going to get your oil changed at this shop, make sure you ask beforehand what the entire cost is going to be.
