Great service.I Got a screw In my tire while driving. Desperate to get a fix. Found this company right by where I live.<br>Pulled in. They managed to fix my tire quick.<br>It was done within 15 minutes.<br>I definitely recommend this place.<br><br>Tire attendant was polite and very helpful.
cheap service and waste of time
Don’t come here unless you want to get overcharged. Got new tires and when it came to paying, they charged me $20 extra for tire caps I didn’t even need. They were perfectly fine… at least ask the customer first if they’re okay with it, even if it’s a small amount.
⭐ 1 Star<br><br>Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a tire shop. Instead of giving me a proper explanation, they kept taking me around in circles and avoiding clear answers to my questions. Their way of thinking, communication, and especially the way they spoke to me was not professional at all.<br><br>I expected a straightforward and professional experience, especially when dealing with something as important as tires and vehicle safety. Unfortunately, I did not feel that I was treated with proper respect or given clear information.<br><br>BC Tire is a reputed brand, and I have nothing against the brand itself. But based on my experience, I’m sorry to say that the people running this particular branch do not deserve to represent such a reputed brand.<br><br>Very disappointing experience. I would personally not recommend this branch and would not return here.<br><br>Even they forgot to put all bolt of the tires
