Was a good/bad experience. Took hrs before he got there, then hrs to get the part and come back to not be able to fix it but ripped the whole tank out and made a massive mess. He did get us a tow truck to tow us to a garage that got us in right away, but in the end,$850 in the hole and still no car fixed. Plus what ever it’s gonna cost us to get it fixed at the shop.

I wish I could give this company negative 5 stars. This was by far the worst service experience I've ever had.

I highly recommend avoiding this person, even in an emergency situation. He took advantage of our circumstances and charged us a $250 deposit, which was supposed to be refundable if the service was not completed.

He barely did any work and didn't even attempt to properly diagnose the issue. He never tried to open the hood or investigate what was actually wrong with the vehicle. The only thing he did was drive us about 10 minutes to a safer location because we didn't feel safe driving in the dark, around 5 a.m., during heavy rain with non-functioning wipers. He then told us to wait until stores opened at 8 a.m. so he could buy the parts needed for the repair.

Later, we discovered that the part he claimed he needed wasn't actually required. When we contacted him after 8 a.m., he said he was "negotiating the price" of the part. That turned out to be another misleading statement, as we had already contacted local suppliers ourselves and confirmed that the part he was looking for wasn't even available in the area.

Rather than argue, we informed him that we would be towing the vehicle instead and asked for our deposit to be refunded. We agreed to accept only 50% of the deposit back, even though that was far more than he deserved considering the limited assistance he provided.

From that point on, he repeatedly promised to issue the refund "in 10 minutes" or "after finishing another job," but never followed through. We waited all day, called again in the evening, and continued trying to contact him. Eventually, he stopped responding to our calls and messages altogether.

Based on my experience, this was unprofessional, dishonest, and extremely disappointing service.
