The staff was extremely unfriendly and unwilling to honour a coupon that I had in my email. I have been going here for years and they wouldn’t do anything for me. Lots of other places to get an oil change around here and for less, so I will not bother going back here again.
They did a great job with my car. John was so helpful
Came across a very obtuse worker, asked me the same questions multiple times… after already having answers to those questions, would do anything but the oil change I asked for. Kept asking irrelevant questions, reached inside the car without permission, and pulled someone else’s profile for my car, again asking multiple times if that’s me or not after answering multiple times that it is not my name. It might have been the manager or supervisor, it seemed like he had seniority.
Very hard to get an oil change from this specific worker. Shame as I usually have a decent experience just came across a bad apple.
