After hearing some unusual sounds originating from my car's undercarriage before a hwy trip, I thought I'd have Doug take a quick look around. He took it for a test trip and did a quick inspection and made me aware of some issues which need addressing. Ultimately, he said I was safe to proceed. .... no charge.

Took my jeep in because my husband thought there might have been some issues with the alignment, they took a look over everything and called me within a few hours, nothing to be concerned about! The owner was so nice and I couldn't be happier with how they handle their business!

Had an emergency break down on our way through Elmira. These guys had us on the hoist immediately and out of there in an hour. Even found the right part for my 93 VW Eurovan… not an easy feat! Great service all around.
