These are extremely good hearted and kind people. My car was completely stuck in my driveway down the street - they saw me struggling and came to help. Shout out to Brady for helping out of the goodness of his heart. Definitely wasn’t an easy task. I’ll be going to Leroy’s in the future for sure.

Unless you already know exactly what needs to be fixed or replaced, I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop especially for diesel vehicles. Based on my experience, they lack the expertise and thorough diagnostic approach needed for more complex issues.

I had a very frustrating experience with this shop when I brought in my Ford Transit.

First, there was a scheduling issue on their end I showed up for my appointment only to find out it had been incorrectly set for another week. That alone cost me time and showed a lack of basic organization.

Then came the actual “diagnostic.” They charged me $185, but all they appeared to do was read the OBD logs something I had already done myself. They did not perform a proper manual regen or deeper diagnostics to identify the root cause of the issue, which is what I specifically needed.

After that, they told me they couldn’t find anything and that further testing would cost an additional $600. At that point, it felt like guesswork rather than skilled troubleshooting.

Leroy’s took such good care of my car! Everything was done super fast and my car looks brand new!

I’ve had a great experience with Leroy’s Auto Care. Every time I’ve brought my vehicle in, the team has treated me with honesty, professionalism, and genuine care. The work is always done properly, and they make the whole process smooth and stress-free.

One thing I especially appreciate is that they consistently provide loaner vehicles while my car is being serviced. That level of convenience makes a huge difference and shows they really care about their customers.

I also want to specifically thank my service advisor, Mike, for always being helpful, communicative, and easy to work with. Great customer service is hard to find, and Mike consistently goes above and beyond. He offers to make me a drink every time I come in. Pro tip, he makes a very good London Fog. I highly recommend Leroy’s Auto Care to anyone looking for trustworthy service.
