I’ve been going to Ibrahim for all my car repairs for a while now, and he never disappoints. Recently my AC completely broke down and he fixed it quickly and perfectly now it works better than ever. He also replaced my brakes and they feel brand new. What I appreciate most is how fast he gets the work done without cutting corners. His prices are always fair, communication is great, and he’s one of the most professional and reliable mechanics I’ve dealt with. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing quality work. Highly recommend Ibrahim if you want someone honest, skilled, and efficient!

This “mechanic” had my girlfriends vehicle brought to him for a tie rod job as well as a battery light which we told him due to the symptoms the car was displaying pointed towards the alternator. He didnt even run a diagnostic on the car, changed out the alternator and it wasnt even the cause of the issue. My girlfriend asked for a refund for the unnecessary work and they refused. The tie rods were also installed incorrectly as we got verification of this from another mechanic shop in town. The total for the literal nothing service they provided us came out to a little over 1900$. If i could give 0 stars to this garbage business i would. We filed a complaint with AMVIC and we’re hoping to hear back soon. Do not bring your vehicle to this place. Awful shop. Awful service. Not to mention when we showed up to pick up the vehicle we had to wait an hour in the shop for him to get there and we showed up at the time he requested. Guy must have gotten his mechanic ticket out of a box of special K.

Had shaking in my steering, and slop over bumps in a custom 1994 Ford Superduty.<br>It’s a tough job, old truck, all custom built, 32 years ago. Parts are difficult to track down.<br><br>The gentleman at General Automotive got it done.<br><br>Found the correct parts for me, installed them even with the difficulty of seized components. And made sure it was done right.<br><br>Took the truck for a ride, steering is like factory new, and got her to 120 with no speed wobbles.<br><br>Hard to find a good honest automotive mechanic these days. You will not be disappointed with GAM.<br>He works on all makes and models, old and new. And he likes a good challenge. 🙂
