On the way to Fort McMurray I had a rock chips my windshield, I called Crystal Glass and they took my Atlas in as soon as I arrived. It was filled nicely and I was on my way in 25 minutes! Thanks awesome service I fully recommend them!
Been here twice with some glass issues. Brittany at reception is amazing to speak to. The technicians I’ve met are also very kind and helpful. Easy to get an appointment and quick installation both times. Will be back when the Alberta rock chips start to appear.
Very poor customer service. Receptionist very rude and spoke with lots of attitude (3 separate instances). Was looking to get glass placed in my screen for my portable AC unit, told the lady 3 times how my hose connects to the unit, she did not listen and it was placed incorrectly (unusable). After the mistake, the woman was very unprofessional, outrageous prices, no compensation, no accommodations, no accountability and while speaking on the phone I stated “I am explaining my frustration with this encounter” and the woman hung up on me. This is the 3rd time myself or family have had bad encounters with this business. Will never be going back, 100% do not recommend ever going to the business. Very very frustrated with this reoccurring encounter. 0 stars if I could.
