I called Bumper to Bumper in Thickwood and was on hold for over 11 minutes. When I walked into their store in Thickwood, one parts guy was cleaning the counter and the lady who put me on hold was on her phone. No one was in the store, but she assured me the lineup had just left, but I didn't see anyone walk out.

Every time I come here it's a positive experience. The staff know their stuff, they are always friendly, and often have good recommendations if something isnt available. It isnt the biggest place, but they can always have it next day if it isn't in stock.
