Lambs Mechanical

Currently righting this as I sit on the curb across the street from lambs mechanical because they have locked me out of my car after I had told them I do not have a spare set of keys and to leave the keys in the cup holder as I was on the way to get the car they had locked the car and then closed the shop definitely safe to say this is the worst experience I have ever had at a mechanic and now have to pay extra to get the keys out of my car worst place in town this place seriously is a joke will never be taking my car back I can’t believe this happened

I’m in Fort McMurray and I needed my front brakes replaced and my air suspension stopped working. I called dealerships and mechanics that said they were booking from August 7 on. It was July 3!!!<br>So I kept phoning around and found talked to Brad at Lamb’s Mechanical and he said just bring it on down tomorrow morning. I did and the awesome staff had the brakes, and a new right back airbag replaced in 24 hours, ready to be picked up.<br>I walked into the front office and Korlee was friendly ,efficient and hilarious getting the finishing touches figured out on my Jeep. As I was paying. For services rendered I realized my A/C needed recharging too. I mentioned that to Brad and Korlee and they both said no problem and recharged the A/C as I payed. I really had a great experience here at Lambs Auto from time frame, to service, to pricing. Great job to all Lambs staff. They were able to take my vehicle in on very short notice and had everything diagnosed, repaired, and back to me within 24 hours.<br><br>The service was professional, efficient, and straightforward from start to finish. It’s not easy finding a shop that can accommodate you quickly while still providing quality work, and they went above and beyond to get me back on the road as soon as possible.<br><br>Appreciate the quick turnaround and excellent customer service ! If you want a $200 oil change go for it what a joke<br>Watch when they bill you because they tried to charge me $100 more they don't give you a breakdown they just give you the job and the price all I needed was a wheel bearing and they tried to charge me 2 hours in labor bang bang auto mechanics at its finest
