I bought 3 F350's and a 550 from them . Sales where great to deal with. Service used to be great. But now when you call to book an appointment at the service department, it's a month to a month and a half to get a vehicle in. Spend a 100,000 plus on a truck so it can sit on there lot waiting to get fixed is ridiculous.
Always straight forward, never tried selling me something I didn't want and always honest
They rarely answer their phone for booking and inquiry into vehicle service. If they do answer the phone you have to wait 1hr +, with the chance they may hang up.
Just purchased a Lincoln Corsair from Megan Rodgers who works in the finance department. Service was amazing and super fast like I requested. Thanks Megan!
More than 45 mins to get a shuttle ride for an appointment booked few months ago. I am sure Ford can do better.
