Fountain Tire

As I’m a traveller with a flat tire just 2 blocks from his fountain tote shop. Danielle informed me that he could not help me. “Not right away, no”. I asked who else could install a plug. He said he doesn’t know. “I thanked him for the great service” 👎

Brought sports car in for an alignment. Told front wheel bearing needed to be replaced in order to do alignment. Was told it would be ready for the wknd. Car was dropped off clean on a Wednesday. Called Friday to be told it would be ready Saturday. No callback till Monday. Before going in, I checked the car over. It had rub marks from their tech on all sides / surface scratched on drivers rear quarter panel. As well rad cover scratched. Had shop manager come out to see. He took pics and said he would view video footage to verify. 4 days later and no callback. I called and was told their tech didn’t do it and all the rubbing on the car must have happened from someone in the parking lot. As for the rad cover was told it’s just dirt and should wipe away. Car was in their gated parking area the whole time. I even had to ask for a copy of the alignment inspection. Last time going here. Zero respect for others property and taking ownership of their mistake.

Great tires and rims and excellent service, it was more expensive by quite a bit than MSRP on parts but they do have absolutely excellent service.

They don’t have the machine to repair 24” wheel
