Great shop. They are very knowledgeable and helpful when something goes wrong with your vehicle. They are also the only shop in town I trust my BMW with because I know I can trust their technician Rhett.

JHG Automotive accommodated me promptly during an urgent situation and initially provided a quote of $211, which I found reasonable. However, upon picking up my vehicle, the final charge was $444, a significant increase from the original quote. While the service itself was completed, the lack of alignment between the estimate and the final cost was unexpected.<br><br>I had previously considered offering them ongoing maintenance work on a fleet of vehicles. However, given the substantial discrepancy in pricing, I cannot pursue that. Accurate, consistent quotes are essential for fleet management, and I cannot risk such large deviations.

I had a good experience with my car repair. They did a great job fixing my car within 2 days.

Had a wheel alignment done here. The report before and after looked good but brought it back because the steering wheel was clearly out. He took it back, redid the alignment completely and said he can’t adjust it anymore. He thinks the steering wheel is straight now but hard to tell because the sun was hitting the emblem when he took it for a ride lmao<br>He said as long as it goes straight and does not pull it’s fine…. Took it to fountain and they fixed it no problem.
