I first stopped here to have a trailer hitch installed. Then found out they also do wiring harnesses as well. Ordered the kit and when it came in they installed as well.

It is a very normal process, true. But the ease and absolute professionalism I experienced was above and beyond.
Every detail was so smooth. Car goes in “on time” and is parked outside completed in expected time.
Prices seem very good, quality product and excellent service.

Great store. Everything you need for truck and car accessories. Hitch installation. 3 working bays.
Install in simple rain guards.. Flapping around and loud when on hwy.. Went back added extra tape, in and out.. Didn't even give car time to acclimate to temperature change.. End result, just as bad! Extremely disappointing... Never had a bad experience at the Moncton location, but Fredericton?? Not impressed, no care, no attention to details, or to customer satisfaction... Next time I'll drive 2 hours to Moncton to get the job done right... But really, should I have to drive 3 hour round trip or of my way for something that was never my fault....???
Pay for a service but not receive that proper service.. So disappointing!!!! In my line of work, with this attitude, I would have been fired!!
