It's refreshing to see honesty. I had been told by a different mechanic who did my sticker inspection that a set of brake pads needed to be replaced. I booked it in and Auto Doctor rather than changing and charging, informed me that all the brakes had 50% left on the pads and didn't need the work done yet. Thank you!

Called in the morning to say battery was dead and I was assured somebody would come out to me to replace it. After waiting 5 hours I was then told 25 minutes before my appointment was due that they don't do mobile repairs and therefore would not be coming out to me. Whole day wasted
Twice I've had my car there and they didn't tighten my wheel nut on my front and they where so loose I could turn all 4 by hand cause one had broke off.
