Great experience. Very honest service, I brought my truck in expecting an alternator replacement or wiring work, but it turned out to just be the plug at the back of the alternator and some minor wiring, and they fixed it for a very reasonable price.

Called looking for a price estimate on a straightforward replacement of struts and a wheel bearing. I was met with an outright refusal to provide any labour or parts pricing without them seeing the vehicle first. I called back to clarify that I already had a written diagnostic report and an itemized estimate from another shop, and was simply looking to compare pricing. The manager still flat-out refused, abruptly telling me he 'didn't want to rip me off' and that they were booked out until the 14th anyway. While I appreciate the honesty, replacing struts and a wheel bearing based on an official, written invoice is standard practice for decision-making. I never said I wouldn't let them look at the car first; I just wanted to verify their baseline pricing. Very abrupt and poor customer service.

The best. The very best.<br><br>At their work...and in delivery of being great humans. Our family has been with them since 1999 and see them for two vehicles; seasonal tires well stored and maintained, regular checkup every 5k and major service repair.<br><br>Peace of mind, fair treatment and outstanding human interaction.<br><br>They've helped us multiple times while out of town (once over phone, on a sunday in a major storm, with diagnosis so we knew we arent getting taken for a ride as unknowledgable tourists - and arranged for tow and service almost two hours away....it was repaired the next day) and also came to us (at home) on a weekend when it was helpful (for us driving kids out of town for sports) on a loose tire - they came out of kindness between their kids events, at their expense, no charge.<br><br>I cannot count the times that situations like this have occured over the last 27 years with two generations of Everett's running this business. That is the kind of people who own and operate this business. Like family, basically. You can trust them with your kids and life - we do, as a family.<br><br>I am confused at only a 4.7 rating on Google?! Or any negative reviews. I sit in the office and wait for my car each time in (great waiting area with tv) and observe so many other families treated the same and saying what I am saying to the owner, upon payment/pickup of their vehicle. It is a given at each visit that i see this.<br><br>To anyone looking for honest, good people, and high quality professional automotive knowledge and care, these are your guys.<br><br>Cannot recommend enough.
