OK Tire

We cannot thank OK Tire enough. On New Year’s Day, with only 40 minutes to spare, they took us in when we were in a really scary situation. Our vehicle was sliding all over the highway, and it honestly could have ended very badly.<br><br>The staff didn’t hesitate — they helped us immediately, were professional, calm, and incredibly kind. They literally saved us and turned a dangerous day into a safe one.<br><br>This is the kind of service you never forget. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about people and safety, this is it. Highly recommend.

My last review of OK Tire was 9 years ago; however theses past year has been superbe once again, and I will mention just this year alone, which has been outstanding from the OK Tire team;<br>From a very last-minute tire blown out and upon a call if they would help, the answer was come over, let see what we can do, to another prompt call a few days ago to hey guys I have a nail in a tire could you have a look, once again the answer was come over, we will have a look. Not only the Mechanic had a look and fix the issue but also paid attention to the brakes and they were more than worn out and could have been dangerous to drive. With the explanation I received, from the front desk team as well as the Mechanic himself, I felt confident we can drive safely. Their expertise in tire and car maintenance is just excellent. They always take the time to explain what is wrong with your car, they know how life is these days, and how much one pays for a vehicle, so their attitude towards good repairs and excellent advice are outside the norm. So KUDOS, like we would say in the Military, to Angela, Kirk, Mark and the mechanic that serviced our Car. (I am by no mean affiliated with OK tire, but their service is so outstanding, I do feel I am). Cheers

I don’t have a personal friend or family member who is a mechanic, so I feel very grateful for having found OK Tire. Honest and clear explanations of what is needed, helpful staff, understanding when I need to change my appts because a kid is sick - which is often, just great service all around.<br>Every visit I feel valued and I always drive away feeling taken care of.
