I took my car to S/S Tire and Auto Service today for a pre-purchase inspection, and I had a great experience. They were super quick, professional, and thorough with the inspection. After completing everything and providing me with the report, they didn’t charge me anything, which was very generous and appreciated. Excellent customer service and honesty—highly recommended!

Instead of simply doing the work and billing me, Jason went above and beyond—he personally contacted the maintenance lead at Fox Subaru dealership to check whether the problem might be covered under a recall or warranty. Thanks to his initiative and honesty, the dealership ultimately handled the repair at no cost to me.
It would have been easy for SS Tire to stay quiet and charge me for parts and labour, but they chose integrity and customer care. That level of service is rare nowadays, and it’s exactly why I continue to trust and recommend them.

For the second time this year, i struck a pothole, leading to a flat which either means the roads are or my driving is getting worse. And for the second time this year, S&S, fixed the problem, slotting me into a busy schedule. This time, the tire rim could be bent back into shape, which they did for me for free.
