I honestly cannot say enough good things about Bamford’s Collision Services Ltd. They were amazing throughout the entire process of fixing the damage on my car. From the moment I walked in, everything felt smooth, organized, and stress-free.

The staff were all so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Everyone was smiling and genuinely made me feel comfortable, from the reception area all the way to the owner. You can really tell that they care about their clients and take pride in the service they provide.

I also really appreciated how clearly they explained everything to me. They walked me through the process, told me what needed to be done, and made sure I understood the next steps. That kind of honesty and communication makes such a big difference, especially when dealing with car repairs.

The repair work itself was excellent, and my car came back looking great. What I did not expect, and really appreciated, was that they also thoroughly cleaned the entire car before giving it back to me. It felt like I got a free car wash, and even the interior was well vacuumed and spotless.

Overall, Bamford’s made the whole experience so much easier than I expected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a collision repair shop that is professional, reliable, friendly, and truly cares about their clients.

If I could give negative stars I would. It would take the labour board two minutes to shut this place down, and two minutes is generous. Disrespectful, sexist management. Something and someone needs to be changed. Terrible place. So unfortunate.
