Falls Service Centre

My experience from the start has been bad. In December I needed to change my shocks. I go to a shop to buy the parts and call Falls Service to make an appointment. I dropped my car off and few hours later get a call stating that one of the shocks (I had both left and right side) was wrong so the mechanic was only able to change the one side. No clue why the mechanic didn’t look at the parts to make sure they were both good before taking my whole car apart but whatever.. they wanted to charge me the full price but my bf was able to talk down the price so I got charged $167 for that. I go back to the original shop that gave me the wrong part and told them what happened, they exchanged the part and told me it should be the good part per their system. I go back to falls service and when I dropped off my car I literally told the reception “make sure the mechanic looks at the parts before taking apart my car and I get a bill”, few hours later I get a call and of course the parts aren’t correct and they are charging me $374.91 for the hours it took the mechanic to take apart my car and put it back together even though I literally said to make sure the parts are good before taking apart my car.. at this point I am beyond frustrated. I go to a different shop and get new parts and I call Falls Service to speak with the manager. I told him this whole issue and that I was not going to bring my car there if 1. The mechanic can’t look at the parts to make sure there correct and 2. Charge me a ridiculous bill when nothing was changed.. the manager was very understating and said he would not charge me anything only the installation fee, which I was completely fine with. Finally when I drop my car off the shocks got changed and when I go to pay the reception tells me that she spoke with the manager and they agreed to charge me a hours work. I completely did not agree to this as I would not have went if they would have charged me more than what I agreed with. At this point I just paid my bill of $204. Now my car makes noice every time I hit a bump or turn. I’ve never had a problem like this before. I will never be going back to this place. Mechanic doesn’t verify parts before taking apart your car nor does the manager keep his word on prices.

Awfull front desk services pre determined that place out of the blue with my insurer’s big mistake wasn’t able too communicate in my tong language “french”call back they wouldn’t answer call back again girl answered put me on hold instantly waited 20 minutes no answers terrible terrible services never never going.Back there again.
