I recently brought my Ford Explorer to Auto-Trac for suspension repairs, new tires, TPMS sensors, balancing, and an alignment. The team replaced the left front strut, strut mount, and tie rod components, and the vehicle now drives straight with the steering wheel perfectly centered.<br><br>What impressed me most was their honesty and professionalism. After I had questions about the alignment, I called the shop and they took the time to explain that all four wheels were checked on the alignment machine. The rear alignment was already within specification, so only the front required adjustment. I appreciated the clear explanation and transparency.<br><br>The work was completed as requested, the vehicle rides great, and I feel confident taking it on long highway trips. Had my wife’s 2020 jeep gladiator in at norlan for 3 months for electrical issues that my wife narrowed down to a canbus issue, dodge could never figure it out, took it to auto trac and got a call in 2 hours with a proper diagnosis which it was the canbus and this gladiator having 4 of them, they had called dodge for part numbers and dodge argued they were wrong. Auto trac for the win. I’ve had nothing but luck with them thus far!
