Last summer I came into Grand Prairie and it was 30° and my air conditioning quit on my great big motorhome City Auto got me in that very morning in front of the line and had the unit out by 1:00 in the afternoon and only charge me $300 if I had that done at Edmonton it would have cost me a thousand probably very impressed with the service and the friendliness in this automotive shop.<br>I wish there was businesses like this in Edmonton

Need a squeal fixed? Are you, like me, easily talked into stuff? These are the guys you want. I took my minivan to them in 2018 or 2019, told me it was a belt, which I already knew it wasn't but they sounded really confident. Wasn't the belt. Wasn't the water pump. According to them it was some kind of $5 bearing you cannot buy without the whole part for $400-500, and to be honest I still believe that was probably true. Maybe. But I asked for my old parts back, since I knew they still worked. Nope, wouldn't give them to me. Why not? Because they never changed them out? I've been angry about it since, and I saw their store today and reminded me to leave a review. They scammed me for $800 or $900, the squeal was gone, but they sold me on parts I didn't need AND THEY PROBABLY NEVER REPLACED.<br>If this was the last place left in town, I would rather drag my vehicle by hand to valley view or Fairview, through the smokey or dunvegan!

I called a few places to inquire about an oil change and brake fluid exchange. City Centre Automotive came back with a good price and were very thorough. I was nervous at first taking my car to some place I had never taken but as soon as I walked in the door to drop off, I was at ease. They called me with questions and recommendations which was great. I picked up the car with no issues and when I sat inside, my seat was in the exact spot I left it. (I am picky on having my seat moved) I will definitely be back. Thank you City Centre Automotive.
