Not a bad thing to say about this place. Need it, they can get it, need it installed, they get it done.<br><br>They have been great working around my schedule, and I love that I can make a call and parts get ordered and installed when I have time, it's never "Yeah we are booking between Thursday and Friday of June 2029".<br><br>They will always do their best to get you in. That matters.<br><br>And Joel is never afraid to give his opinion if he thinks there is something that will be a better solution, and in my experience his opinion has saved me time and money. That also matters.
My husband initially took his truck to this company’s sister shop in Edmonton. While the sister shop did complete the work, they were negligent, which ended up causing even more damage to the point where the truck wasn’t safe to drive.<br><br>The Grande Prairie shop went above and beyond to make it right. He popped in to just ask a few questions, not expecting them to offer to work on it that day. They fixed the poor workmanship from the Edmonton location, free of charge. They also got his truck in the same day without an appointment and had it ready for pickup the very next day.<br><br>What really stood out was their honesty and professionalism. They took the time to show him exactly where the issues were, explained what had gone wrong, and made sure everything was repaired properly. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and highly recommend this shop. They turned a frustrating experience into a positive one.

Never come to this place in your life they had to do 4 shocks on a lift setup so even easier just top bolts and bottom bolts I watched guys do it in 30 mins on Facebook l. First time I came in had ro measure shocks to order them than when come back says everything was siezed and tried charging me 770$ for just labour on the shocks posted below? I would have done myself if truck wasn't lifted. This place needs be shut down what a JOKE. They measured them first time to order them in 45 mins and put on than when come back tried to pull that on my i am in shock with Billy and Marsissa they tried to rinse me!!!!
Excellent customer service. Joel is honest and helped me find the right canopy for my truck. Also gave me a great deal on a bug deflector. No nonsense and they can get what you need. I will be going back for sure.
