Local, honest people, great service and care for the product and service they provide. Always a high recommendation.
Having lived in Grande Prairie for over 20 years, I’ve always had the luxury of driving newer vehicles or company trucks. After retiring, I bought a used SUV and needed to find a trustworthy local mechanic to keep it running—a first for me. Based on a friend's recommendation, I took it to JTW Automotive, and I couldn't be happier. They got me in right away, and the final bill came in over $1,000 less than the original quote! Hands down the best shop in town. Highly recommend!
Found JTW through a referral, I was not disappointed! Very friendly staff who went above and beyond helping me out. Will be referring to everyone I know and will definitely be bringing my vehicles here from now on
