They made my car new again! My dog sheds a crazy amount and it's nearly impossible to keep a car clean. They did a splendid job and car looks and smells amazing! Bogs was super personable, nice and very professional. Will definitely recommend! 5 stars for 5 Star!!
Absolutely awful experience dealing with mostly Erin at 5 Star. Wanted to get booked in for cut & polish and ceramic coating removal. I called them everyday for a week, waiting on an estimate. I advised cost wasn't an issue I just needed to get my bfs truck booked in and have the job done before May 5th as we have to go to Vancouver for his Father's funeral and he really would like his truck to be done. I told them because he is working 630am to 630pm 30 kins from GP he can't bring the truck in for them to look at it for 10 minutes but he can drop the truck off before they open as they have a mail box or key box etc. She said ok that's fine and told me multiple times for days that it was no problem having the service done because Jay's schedule is wide open and we can do it before May 5th. After waiting and waiting and still no estimate to my email I called again today 4 times over. For them to only tell me that they booked 2 other cut & polishes today and they are before me and now they can't do it before May 5th. Even though I was told.itnwould be no problem. I wasted a week dealing with these people for nothing. Frustrated and disappointed is an understatement. I could have tried to find someone else instead of wasting my time for nothing. Very unprofessional.
