Had a great time dealing with Maroon Mechanical for a brand new furnace installation. Sales rep ( Tyrell ) for one was very informative, didnt treat me like an idiot like a few other companies did over the phone and actually took the time to explain the benefits between models that made me feel confident in my purchase. Once i was ready to finalize with them after getting a few quotes from other companies ( that were on avg 15% more and often for a lesser brand of furnace ) they were able to book me in very quickly. The lead tech ( Garret ) was very professional and did an excellent job in the retrofit and new plumbing orientation while also leaving my home probably cleaner than i left it for them.<br><br>Excellent experience with these guys and i would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service and any other services they provide for that matter.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish!<br><br>We had an older custom oil/wood furnace system that was definitely showing its age, and we decided it was time to make the switch to natural gas. We were a little nervous about the process because our existing system was custom and we weren’t sure how complicated the conversion and updates would be.<br><br>From the very beginning, the entire team was fantastic. Everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. They answered all of our questions, helped us understand our options, and made sure we were comfortable with the plan before moving forward.<br><br>The installation itself was handled extremely professionally. The team worked efficiently, paid close attention to detail, and treated our home with respect. They did a great job working with the existing setup and updating everything to accommodate the new natural gas system. It was obvious that they took pride in their work and wanted to make sure everything was done properly—not just quickly.<br><br>We really appreciated how clean and organized the crew was throughout the installation. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything looking great. They also took the time to make sure we understood the new system and how everything worked before they left.<br><br>Going from an old oil/wood furnace system to a modern natural gas system is a huge upgrade for us, and we are extremely happy with the results.
