“I had some initial hiccups trying to get a quote and rebate information as a result of a personnel change, but once we got that sorted out the process and communication was excellent. The rebate was turned around in a short period and the scheduling for installation was only a few days later. The installation crew were awesome they worked efficiently and quickly and communicated along the process and wrapped up the installation sooner than expected. The crew explained how to operate the system and it works great, better than expected both heating and cooling. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to convert to a heat pump.”
