Had a problem with sunroof tracks not allowing window to open fully & once opened not closing without assistance & taking me several trys. I was led to believe by calling around that tracks had to be changed out at a costly price. I called fix auto & was told to bring it in & have it looked at. I believed they where gonna just try it & give me a break down of problem & costs to repair it. Within 5min. of being there the receptionist brought me my keys back & said I was good to go, all fixed & no cost. She told me they manually adjusted track & tightened it up. I was taken back by their honesty & old school mentality. If I could give a 10 stars review I would.

Was there for my volkswagen jetta collision repairs from timmins. Got some problems. But they got my back and helped till end to fix my car. Owner or store manager dont know how was the guy. Did great job. Highly recommended.
I was suppose to have my work vehicle painted here.They had my work truck in January of 2026 for four weeks, nothing was done to it. It was returned to me for the month of February and the first two weeks of March 2026. I have not seen it since. Many calls and email have been sent since with no reply or very little. Now it being June I wonder if they have had time to finish the work? I would ever bring my personal or work vehicle to this business.
