In my personal experience, S.A.C. Group did not deliver anything close to the professionalism or efficiency they claim to offer. I was told that replacing and repainting a single doorâsomething I consider a straightforward auto-body taskâwould require more than three days of shop time. Having personally done bodywork, repainted entire vehicles, and handled repairs myself, this timeline felt unjustifiably long for such a minor corrosion issue.
Driving four hours from Toronto to Sudbury only to be met with this estimate was frustrating enough, but what made the situation worse was the attitude I encountered. When I questioned the lengthy timeline, the staff responded with smiles and laughterâbehavior that struck me as dismissive and tremendously unprofessional. When I asked why my concerns were being laughed at, I was told I âwasnât being real,â simply because I explained that I could complete the same work in a day if I had access to the right space and tools.
This entire process has already taken nearly a year to coordinate, and now the repair has been pushed all the way to December 2025, despite the fact that the shop already possesses the replacement door and exact paint code. Instead of preparing the part or offering solutions, I was warned the claim âmay expire,â which only reinforced my impression that the shop is perpetually overbooked and poorly managed.
Following my initial Google review of the situation S.A.C. Group then abandoned the claimâcommunication dropped off completely, and any sense of customer care disappeared. In my view, this response only confirmed the lack of professionalism I experienced throughout the process.
Iâve had far better, more respectful experiences at Joeâs Auto Body on Notre Dame, and I regret not choosing them from the start even though their work may not be the same, it would have been better than S.A.C..
Based on my experience, I do not recommend S.A.C. Group.
Unprofessional, Aggressive, and completely lacking any respectful customer service. My experience with a Sudbury Auto Collision Sudbury was nothing short of a nightmare. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into 7 months of delays, excuses and an absence of communication. I was left in the dark unless I reached out. The most shocking part of this ordeal was the behaviour of staff. I was met with hostility, raised voices and an aggressive attitude. This pattern of behaviour reflects a lack of professionalism, accountability and customer service awareness. If considering this shop, proceed with extreme caution!
This company is the finest establishment I have ever dealt with. When I received back my vehicle last week it felt like I was entering a new car. I dealt with this Garage many years ago and I would still recommend them very highly.
Made my car look brand new after needing a new front bumper/quarter panel/headlight from a mishap with a plow. Returned my vehicle fully detailed, Grade A team. Don't neccasarily want to be back becuase I want my car to stay in one piece.... Shoutout to Andre for dealing with me and Rudy for looking into more perfornace upgrades on my car đ
