Great service they go the extra mile

Had a pre-existing appointment to fix the exhaust on our wheelchair converted minivan. On the way to the appointment today the right front wheel started making an odd noise. Got worse the closer to town we got. They found the wheel bearing was bad and was able to complete all repairs same day despite being booked.

Was able to return to the island as planned. Great service and would go there again.

This is the third vehicle I've brought to them for an inspection after it had already been certified elsewhere, just to get a second opinion. What I appreciate is that they don't simply tell you what is required to pass a safety inspection. They explain what needs attention now, what should be addressed sooner rather than later, and what can safely wait.

They're realistic about repairs as well. If a small patch of body filler is enough to get you by for a while, they'll tell you that instead of pushing unnecessary work. I trust them because they give practical, honest advice and let you make informed decisions about your vehicle. 4 Stars because five is perfection and I believe everybody has room for improvement.
