Amazing Service & Expertise! Brought my BMW to other European repair shops around town and nobody could diagnose my vehicle. Not only did New Sudbury Auto diagnose my BMW in rapid time. They also repaired it (16HRS LABOUR) and had it back to me it under a week! I also didn't need a second mortgage to fund the repair. The previous owner sold the shop, and the handover was completed on June 1, 2026. I went to the shop on May 28th to get my car repaired, and the previous owner told me to come back the following Monday. When I went on Monday, the owner said he was busy and asked me to leave the car, saying he would call me on Tuesday. I didn't receive a call on Tuesday. I assumed they were just busy, so I contacted them on Wednesday, only to find out they didn't know where my car keys were. They finally found the keys and repaired the car, telling me to pick it up on Thursday. Because my English isn't good, communication wasn't smooth. I wanted to know exactly what was repaired, but the quote was vague. On Friday, I discovered other minor problems. I had something to do on Monday, so I went back to the shop on Tuesday. The owner told me the car had been repaired and he was very busy now. I asked if I could make an appointment, and he said it would be several weeks later. Fine, if you don't welcome me, I'm never coming back.
