Very responsive to initial service request. Gave some immediate suggestions as to the issue and came on time to repair the problem. Would recommend.

Tim did a fantastic job. Had him install a new furnace in a basement Reno last fall. A/C unit this Spring. Made certain we were on the same page. Came with the red carpet treatment right Tim? In other words, neat work, professional, well explained, and done like he said it would be. Lowest price is not always the best deal. I would hire him again if I needed work to be done. That little extra touch makes all the difference!

Tim was phenomenal. Dependability and integrity make someone highly sought after. Will absolutely use Charrois again when needed.

Tim got back to me quickly and even managed to set appointment for same day! Was able to find problem with a/c and do the repair. Much appreciated in this hot weather!
