Had maintenance schedule for July 10th 1pm
Called in the day before and told them I would MAYBE be able to drop the car off the night before since I had to schedule a ride.
APPARENTLY the word "MAYBE" is a secret agreement that they'll just bump you if the car isn't there at dawn...
So telling this business you might, MAYBE be able to drop the car off THE DAY BEFORE YOIRE SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE means change the work date without getting confirmation of the customer.
Good thing I didn't drive the car in for my agreed upon time to have this amateur nonsense happen.
July 10th means the car gets worked on July10th...
No July 9th the car better be in the driveway because we heard you said maybe which means we're expecting the car before our agreed time and we will just cancel my our work for the day and not tell you.
Incredibly poor communication and so unprofessional for them to just shrug and bump you to next week when hundreds of dollars are in the air.
