I was extremely disappointed by the service at Canadian Tire Gas due to the behavior of one of the cashiers. Her attitude was incredibly rude and unprofessional, speaking to customers as if she owns the establishment.

It is clear from her demeanor that she has no interest in being there beyond collecting a paycheq, yet she treats the very customers who support the business with total contempt. Where is the management? It is unacceptable for leadership to allow an employee to represent the brand this way. Someone in a supervisory role needs to address this immediately, as this kind of hostility is a quick way to lose loyal patrons.

I am beyond frustrated with the consistent lack of professionalism at this location. One particular cashier is incredibly hostile, speaking down to customers with an arrogance that suggests she is untouchable. It is baffling that someone so clearly miserable in their role is kept on the front lines.

Where is the oversight? Management is clearly asleep at the wheel if they allow this level of disrespect to continue unchecked. You are only as good as the people representing your brand, and right now, the face of this business is one of pure contempt for the people who pay for your services. I will be taking my business elsewhere until leadership decides to prioritize basic human decency and proper training
